About Naples Park

In recent years, the area has gone through a wave of redevelopment. Most of the new homes were built on lots that were closest to the beach. The first block, referred to as ‘The 500 block’, is the first street east of Vanderbilt Dr. There are 4 city blocks making up the 500, 600, 700 and 800 blocks. There are 20 east/west roads that form a grid pattern neighborhood.

There are roughly 3000 lots that make up Naples Park. There are a little over 2500 homes that have been built. The majority of these lots are 50ft X 135ft, or .15 acres. However, some homes sit on larger sized lots, typically double, which are valued higher.
